Project Description: The project is a 30,000 pallet drug storage warehouse for the National medical Stores, the government agency responsible for importation, stocking and supply of drugs and other medical utilities to government health care facilities nationwide.

The building houses racked storage space for up to 30,000 pallets of drugs, cold storage supported by administrative office space and associated staff parking. It features automated truck loading/offloading bays and a mechanical yard for servicing of the NMS logistics fleet.
